Hello Spring!

Spring came early this year - for everyone. Although I'd even say that summer came early this year, except it went away after 2 weeks.  But while it was here we made the most of it.  We were outside playing every afternoon, eating lunches and dinners on the deck {less clean up}, drawing with sidewalk chalk, and getting lots of boo-boos and scrapes {not that I'm happy about that, but it was a sure sign that we were busy outside having fun}. 

We've getting into flower gardening lately and at this point it's kind of trial and error.  Only because we've added a few plants we've never planted before.  So far, so good.

Happy Friday everyone! We are going on a date tonight to dinner and to see The Hunger Games.  {Although, it's been at least two years since I've read the first one. Hope I can remember it.  Mommy Brain!}
